Merjora applies practical safeguards to business information, access and delivery. We state the controls we use today—not certifications we have not earned.
Business information is stored on EU infrastructure and encrypted in transit and at rest. We minimise what we collect and retain it only for the service and legal obligations.
Access is limited to people working on the relevant Merjora account or service. Authenticated product data is protected with account and organisation-level access controls.
We assess the providers needed to deliver the service and avoid sending business data to a model or tool unless it is required for the approved workflow.
