Includes access to Merjora's AI Opportunity Intelligence platform for one organization. Bespoke implementation work is optional and quoted separately according to the agreed scope. The exact recurring price, billing frequency and taxes are shown at checkout before purchase.

Founding-client guarantee

If we don't identify and validate measurable value within 60 days, we'll keep working with you at no additional implementation fee until we do.

Success criteria are agreed before implementation begins and measured against the baseline established during the initial assessment. Applies to the agreed scope and requires the necessary access, data and stakeholder participation.

Pricing questions

Is there a minimum commitment or contract length?: No minimum term. The setup fee covers building the improvement; the monthly fee is billed month to month and can be stopped at the end of any billing period.
What does 'cancel anytime' mean in practice?: You tell us before your next monthly renewal. You are not charged again, and your service continues to the end of the paid period. Eligible purchases can be refunded within 30 days under our Refund Policy.
What happens to the automation after we cancel?: We switch off the parts Merjora runs and hosts, and we hand back your data and a written description of the workflow. Anything built directly inside your own systems stays with you. Nothing is deleted without your written confirmation.
What if the estimated value doesn't materialise?: Estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we label them that way everywhere. We report actual hours and value each month. If an improvement is clearly not delivering after 90 days, we will rework the scope at no extra setup cost or help you close it down — we do not keep billing for something that is not working.
