Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about data, results, cancellation and what working with Merjora actually involves.
- Is our business data safe, and who sees it?
- Yes. Your data is stored on EU infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the Merjora people working on your account. We never sell it, never share it with other clients, and never use it to train public AI models. You can request export or deletion at any time.
- What if the assessment doesn't find a worthwhile opportunity?
- Then we say so. The scan is free and its job is to tell you the truth — sometimes the honest answer is that the work you do is not repetitive enough for AI to pay for itself yet. You owe nothing and you leave with a clearer picture of where your time goes.
- What happens if we cancel?
- Nothing dramatic. Billing stops at the end of the period you have already paid for, we switch off what we run for you, and we return your data plus a written description of the workflow so another team could pick it up.
- Do we need any technical setup or integrations on our end?
- Not to start — the free scan is six plain-language questions. If you go ahead with an improvement, we usually need read or write access to one or two tools you already use (a shared inbox, your CRM, a spreadsheet or your website forms). We handle the configuration; your side is normally an approval and a login.
- How is this different from hiring a freelancer or an agency?
- A freelancer or agency builds what you ask for and invoices for the time. Merjora decides what is worth building based on value, builds it, runs it, and reports the hours and euros it returns every month. We are accountable for the outcome, not the hours — and we stay vendor-neutral about the technology underneath.
- How does implementation work, technically?
- In plain terms: we connect to the tools where the work already happens — usually a shared inbox or email, a CRM, spreadsheets or a database, and sometimes your website forms or phone system. We then build a workflow that reads incoming work, drafts or completes the routine part, and passes anything unusual to a person. Everything is logged, so you can see what was handled and what needed a human.
